Marcella Fritch

Office Manager

Marcella brings over a decade of dental experience and a deep passion for patient care to her role as Office Manager at TORC Dental. Originally from Denver, Colorado, she began her career as a certified dental assistant and later earned her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Throughout her clinical career, she explored every dental specialty, with a particular love for oral surgery and full-arch restorations like All-on-4.

Driven by a desire to grow and expand her impact, Marcella transitioned into practice management, attending countless seminars and continuing education courses to master front office operations and elevate the patient experience.

Her journey into dentistry began with a childhood fascination for the dental office environment and a love for learning about oral health. That early interest has grown into a fulfilling career, where she values the relationships she builds with patients and the opportunity to be a trusted part of their lives. She knew she had found the right profession when she realized she was willingly investing her own time and resources to keep learning and improving.

Outside of work, Marcella enjoys life with her husband of four years and their three beloved dogs—Bella, Lucy, and Luna. She takes pride in being the favorite aunt to 12 nieces and nephews and treasures time spent visiting family on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. Whether she’s exploring rivers, mountains, or beaches, Marcella is always ready for her next adventure outdoors.

Haley Holman

Treatment & Financial Coordinator

As Torc Dental’s Treatment and Financial Coordinator, Haley Holman brings warmth, clarity, and a deep sense of compassion to every patient interaction. A proud Austinite, Haley began her career in the dental field in 2015 with a passion for helping people feel confident and genuinely cared for—both in and out of the chair.

Over the years, she discovered her talent for bridging the often-overwhelming gap between clinical care and financial understanding. Since joining Torc Dental in December 2024, Haley has found her true calling in helping patients navigate their treatment plans with confidence. Whether she’s answering questions, explaining options, or finding financial solutions that fit each individual’s needs, she’s committed to making the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Haley knew she was in the right profession when a patient once left the office not just with a healthier smile, but with a newfound sense of confidence—thanking her for making it all feel so easy. It’s those moments of trust, comfort, and transformation that fuel her passion every day.

Outside the office, Haley’s world revolves around her lively and loving family. She’s the proud mom of three amazing kids: a teenage softball star who keeps her on the go, a sweet and spunky middle daughter, and a curious (and very vocal!) youngest son. The Holman crew loves blasting music in the car, exploring Austin’s best food spots, and living life with heart and humor. Life is busy, a little chaotic, and full of love—and Haley wouldn’t have it any other way.

Sabrina Baladez

Registered Dental Assistant

Sabrina Baladez joined the Torc Dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant in July 2024, bringing with her a deep-rooted passion for patient care and a commitment to helping others feel confident and cared for. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Sabrina completed her dental assistant training locally and has always valued the opportunity to give back to the community that shaped her.

From an early age, Sabrina was drawn to healthcare and the idea of making a real difference in people’s lives. Dentistry quickly became the perfect fit—a field where she could combine hands-on work with meaningful patient interaction. She especially loves helping patients feel comfortable during their visits and takes pride in being part of the reason they leave the office smiling.

Sabrina knew she had chosen the right profession when a nervous patient thanked her for helping them feel at ease. That moment confirmed the powerful impact of compassion, trust, and personalized care—principles she brings into every patient interaction.

Outside the office, Sabrina is a proud mom and finds her greatest joy in spending time with her family. They’re her biggest motivation and her constant support system. She loves staying active, enjoying the outdoors, and continuously finding ways to grow both personally and professionally. Whether she’s parenting, learning something new, or simply embracing everyday moments, Sabrina leads with the same care, positivity, and energy she brings to her work at Torc Dental.

Brianna Gonzalez, RDA

Registered Dental Assistant

Brianna Gonzalez joined the Torc Dental team as a Registered Dental Assistant on January 6, 2025. With a high school diploma and a strong commitment to professional growth, Brianna has built her career by gaining hands-on experience and developing practical skills in the dental field. Although she commutes from outside the local area, she is fully invested in the mission of Torc Dental and values the opportunity to contribute to a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Brianna’s passion for healthcare and desire to help others led her to pursue a career in dentistry. She believes oral health is essential to a person’s overall well-being and is inspired by the positive impact dental professionals can have—whether it’s relieving discomfort, restoring function, or simply bringing back a confident smile. What she enjoys most about her role is the patient interaction. She takes pride in creating a welcoming and reassuring experience, particularly for those who may feel nervous about dental visits.

She knew she had chosen the right path during an appointment with a patient who suffered from severe dental anxiety. By calmly explaining each step and offering kind support, Brianna helped ease their fears—and their heartfelt gratitude confirmed that she was not only in the right profession but also truly making a difference.

Outside of work, Brianna is a devoted mother to a young son who inspires her daily. Her passion for dentistry continues to grow, and she plans to pursue dental hygiene school in the future to further expand her knowledge and impact. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active through fitness and spending time outdoors, which helps her stay focused, balanced, and energized for the meaningful work she does every day.

Heather Bogle

Patient Account Manager

Heather Bogle joined Torc Dental as a Patient Account Manager on June 6, 2024. With a passion for helping others, Heather thrives on using her knowledge to guide patients and has inspired many people to enter the dental field themselves. She finds great fulfillment in learning the ins and outs of dentistry, building long-term relationships with doctors, colleagues, and patients, and making a positive difference in their experiences.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new travel destinations, and trying her luck with some lighthearted gambling. She also loves relaxing at the beach, where she finds her greatest sense of peace.

Mara McBride

Dental Hygienist

Mara McBride is a dental hygienist at TORC Dental, joining the team in 2024. Born and raised in Texas and now residing in New Braunfels, Mara studied Dental Hygiene at Concorde Career College in San Antonio. She brings more than seven years of hands-on dental experience — including four years as a dental hygienist and three years as a dental assistant — and is dedicated to creating positive, comfortable experiences for every patient. Mara was inspired to enter dentistry after a caring dental team helped ease her own childhood dental anxiety. That experience motivated her to make dental visits less stressful for others, and she takes pride in building trust and confidence with her patients. Her favorite part of the job is seeing a patient leave the chair smiling and hearing that she made their visit easy — a moment she says confirmed she is exactly where she’s meant to be. Outside the office, Mara’s favorite role is being a mom to her young daughter. They love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and enjoying the small moments that make life special. Mara brings the same care, patience, and positivity from her home life into her work at TORC Dental, helping patients feel comfortable and confident about their smiles.
