We Welcome Patients of All Ages
Your dental care shouldn’t mean bouncing between multiple offices for different treatments or settling for a practice that treats you like just another appointment. Dr. Subea Hijazi, DMD, purchased TORC Dental in 2024 after falling in love with the Texas Hill Country, bringing with him years of international training and a refreshing philosophy about patient care. The practice stands on a simple belief: exceptional dentistry happens when clinical expertise meets genuine human connection, free from judgment or pressure.
You’ll find a team that listens to your concerns, explains your options clearly, and respects your decisions throughout every stage of treatment. TORC Dental has built its reputation in Dripping Springs by delivering results that matter—healthier teeth, renewed confidence, and a dental experience that actually feels welcoming.

Why Choose Us
All-on-4 Offers a Stable Solution for Full Arch Restoration
When most or all teeth are lost, traditional dentures often shift, limit what you can eat, and cover the roof of your mouth in ways that affect taste and speech. The All-on-4 approach anchors a full arch of replacement teeth to four implants, leaving the palate clear for more natural eating and conversation. The rear implants are angled to maximize support, so the procedure is often possible even when some bone loss has already occurred. Below are three concerns patients frequently have before pursuing this treatment.
120 Million Americans Are Missing at Least One Tooth
Full tooth loss is more common than most people expect, and it often develops gradually after years of untreated decay, gum disease, or injury. Many patients who qualify for All-on-4 spent years assuming they had no good options.

Dental Implants Replace Missing Teeth with Permanent Results
A missing tooth does more than change how your smile looks. The surrounding teeth shift toward the gap, your bite changes, and the jawbone beneath the empty space begins to shrink from lack of stimulation. Dental implants act as artificial tooth roots placed directly into your jawbone, fusing permanently through a process called osseointegration. Once bonded, Dr. Hijazi secures a custom crown on top, restoring the function and appearance of your original tooth.
Jaw Bone Loss Begins Within the First Year of Losing a Tooth
Tooth loss at any age affects more than appearance. A missing tooth changes how you chew, how neighboring teeth sit, and how your jawbone holds its shape over time.

Extractions Solve Problems When Teeth Cannot Be Saved
Saving a natural tooth is always the first goal at TORC Dental, but some teeth are too damaged, infected, or poorly positioned to keep without causing ongoing harm. Impacted wisdom teeth are the most common example: most jaws simply don’t have room for them, and when they partially erupt, they become nearly impossible to clean, leading to decay and recurring gum inflammation. Teeth that remain trapped under bone can form cysts and put damaging pressure on neighboring teeth.
Approximately 5 million Americans Have Their Wisdom Teeth Removed Each Year
Third molars are the most commonly extracted teeth in the U.S., and most people need at least one removed. The procedure is routine, but the right time to act is before pain or infection forces the issue.

Crowns Restore Strength to Damaged Teeth
A severely decayed, cracked, or broken tooth needs more than a standard filling can provide. When damage extends beyond what basic restoration can address, a crown becomes necessary to rebuild the tooth’s structure and return it to full function. This protective covering encases the entire visible portion of your tooth, creating a durable barrier that withstands normal chewing forces while eliminating pain.
The crown process at TORC Dental begins after Dr. Hijazi removes all compromised tooth structure, including any decay or weakened areas. Once cleaned and shaped, the remaining healthy tooth receives a custom-fabricated crown that fits precisely over it. This permanent restoration bonds securely to what remains of your natural tooth, creating a sealed unit that protects against further damage and infection.
26% Adults in the United States have Untreated Tooth Decay
Untreated decay rarely stays the same. It grows, weakens the tooth structure, and eventually reaches the point where a filling is no longer enough to save what remains.
“More than 1 in 4 (26%) adults in the United States have untreated tooth decay.”

Cosmetic Dentistry: Improving How Your Smile Looks
Chips, discoloration, minor gaps, and uneven proportions are common concerns that affect how comfortable you feel smiling in photos or around other people. Cosmetic dentistry addresses these issues with minimal impact on the existing tooth structure. Veneers, the most versatile cosmetic option, are thin shells bonded to the front of your teeth that correct color, shape, width, and length in a single treatment.
99.7% of Americans Say a Smile Is a Social Asset
Most cosmetic concerns and procedures are less intensive than patients think, yet their effect on how you present yourself socially is significant. Discoloration, minor chips, and slight gaps are common, and the procedures that correct them are often quicker and less involved than people expect.
“Virtually all Americans (99.7%) believe a smile is an important social asset.”

Full Mouth Rehabilitation: Treating Complex, Widespread Dental Damage
When multiple teeth are severely decayed, broken, or missing, isolated repairs are no longer enough. The teeth, jaw joints, and bite work as an integrated system, and correcting one issue without addressing the others can leave the underlying problem unresolved. Full mouth rehabilitation builds a coordinated treatment plan that sequences procedures in the right order, accounts for how your bite functions, and works toward a stable, long-term result. Below are three concerns patients most commonly raise about this level of care.
47% of Adults Have Periodontal Disease
That number reflects how often dental disease goes unnoticed until it reaches a point where isolated repairs are no longer enough. Full mouth rehabilitation exists specifically for cases where the damage has moved beyond what a single procedure can resolve.
“47.2% of adults aged 30 years and older have some form of periodontal disease.”
